This website includes Wren, a digital concierge. It is important you know how it works with what you type:
When you ask for a home valuation or ask the concierge to have Alicia follow up, the site collects your name, email, and (only if you choose to give it) a phone number, along with the address or details you provide. To operate and secure the site, it also records limited technical information (the page you’re on, a session identifier, approximate location (country, region, city), your network provider, device/browser type, and the site you arrived from), derived from your connection by the hosting provider. It does not keep your IP address in its records; it is used only briefly, and deleted within 24 hours, to prevent abuse.
Client portal (“Flightpath”). If you are Alicia’s client and she invites you to her client portal, it uses your email address to send you a one-time sign-in code (there is no password). The portal shows you your own transaction details that Alicia enters, such as the stage of your deal, key dates, next steps and the status of your deposit. That information is stored with the hosting provider described in §3, is shown only to you and Alicia (and to the website provider in §3, only to run the site), and Alicia can remove it at any time, including on your request. Your sign-in is kept in your browser only until you sign out or close the tab.
If you choose to book an appointment, the button opens Alicia’s Google Calendar booking page; that scheduling is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by this site.
This website uses no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small item to remember a concierge display preference; it holds no personal information and is never sent to a server. Your current conversation is kept in your browser for your visit and cleared when you close the tab. You are never required to create an account.
A small number of providers process information solely to run this website, under obligations to protect it and use it only for that purpose:
Builds and maintains this website, its assistant and the client portal, and accesses information only to run them.
Hosting, security and bot screening, approximate-location lookup, storage of the concierge logs described in §1, and the client portal’s records (§2).
The AI model behind the concierge’s replies, as described in §1.
Emailing your enquiry to Alicia, and sending sign-in codes for the client portal.

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent to further contact, at any time. This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the website or how information is handled. The effective date above will change when it does. It supplements, and does not replace, the Royal LePage Triland Privacy Policy; if the two ever conflict on a matter the brokerage policy covers, the brokerage policy governs.
